Taco Bell in Missouri

"I absolutely recommend this Taco Bell! Because not only was my order correct and beautifully boxed. Like my food was NOT thrown in the box, it placed perfectly with napkins AND sauces in the box with the top closed perfectly ! And may I add my beefy burrito was picture perfect like look at this! Plus, everything was evenly through the inside of the burrito too!! ALSO, shout out to the lady who was working the driver through window, she handled the drugged out homeless woman who was walking up behind my car in the drive through, she (the homeless woman) was going to try and grab my food as the lady in the window would have been handing it out to me. But the lady in the window calmly asked her what she was doing, because they don't serve people walking through the drive through. then the homeless woman made some weird excuse and angrily walked off . So thank you very much window lady for saving my food and my drinks . Ill definitely be returning, when I'm downtown even if I have to drive an extra 10mins from my route.."

"Usually, this location is my go-to when I wanna make sure everything is correct. I usually go during the day, but this evening I went with my wife. We spent upwards of $6 on modifications to make it not beef, and add sauce. We went through and checked the food, it was almost all incorrect. We go back around. BOOM. Deshawn handled it. He listened, processed, and made it correctly. Apologized, and had us heading back home quick. That kind of professionalism is appreciated, and I am so glad he was so respectful. He made this a 5 star experience."

"They can be hit or miss but they definitely hit more than they miss. And the misses typically are cause they’re out of something at the end of the day, it’s Taco Bell; the employees have always been nice so I’d consider this a great location"

"Just want to throw out a huge shoutout to the kind staff working tonight! My family and I had to walk through the drive thru while we waited for our Uber. We were not only serviced with kindness, but they also provided us with hot water cups to keep our hands warm while we waited for our food. They could have turned us away, not having a vehicle, but they decided to serve us as well as treat us with an abundance of kindness and generosity. Very mu appreciated"

"Always a great experience minus a couple exceptions where i was labeled homeless and ran out of the bathroom, as you can see I still gave them 5 stars as the area is hard on staff and this reduced the atmosphere score a solid 4..."
